Posless is operated by Posless Co., Ltd. (company registration no. 0145569005781), the data controller (“we”). We take the privacy of our users seriously and operate in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your data.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: shop name, email, LINE user ID
- Usage data: sales, costs, and the entries you record through the bot
- Receipt photos you send so the system can read the amounts
We do not store bank passwords, PINs, or credit card numbers, and we never request the right to transfer your money. Payment is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
2. Why we use your data
- To calculate and summarise your shop’s profit
- To improve and develop the service
- To contact you with news and marketing (with your consent)
3. Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We use trusted data processors (such as cloud infrastructure providers and an AI assistant for reading images) solely to deliver the service, under confidentiality agreements.
4. Cookies
This site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics), which run only when you accept. You can choose “Only essential” from the cookie banner.
5. Security
We encrypt connections (HTTPS), keep each shop’s data separate, and restrict access to data. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected parties as required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and you can do so yourself through LINE:
- Request a copy: type “ขอข้อมูล” (request data) in the chat and the system sends a link to download your shop’s data as a file (sales, costs, products, expenses, payments).
- Request deletion: the shop owner types “ลบข้อมูล” (delete data) and confirms. The system sends a request for your data to be permanently deleted (usually within 7 days). You can cancel before it is carried out.
