1. Our service
Posless is a tool that helps record sales and costs and summarise a shop’s profit through LINE, by reading data from the images and messages you send. We offer both a free plan and paid plans.
2. Eligibility and account
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract and use the service for your own shop/business.
- You are responsible for keeping your own LINE account secure and for activity under it.
- If you invite staff to help manage your shop, you are responsible for the access and use of the members you add.
3. Disclaimer
All profit figures, costs, and reports are estimates to support your decisions, not accounting, tax, or legal documents, and we do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of what the system reads or calculates. You are responsible for verifying accuracy before using it for tax filing or bookkeeping. The service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and check the amounts the system reads before saving
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful or that infringes others’ rights
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or use the service beyond its intended design without permission
5. Intellectual property and your data
The Posless software, system, and brand belong to the company. The shop data you record (sales, costs, products, etc.) remains yours. We use that data only to provide the service to you in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
Paid plans follow the prices published on the website. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
7. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate the service, temporarily or permanently, if we find unlawful use, breach of these terms, or a risk to the system or other users, giving reasonable prior notice where we can. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time per the Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and our total liability in any case will not exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Relationship to your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your rights under personal data protection law (PDPA) or consumer protection law, and our legal duties, such as data breach notification, cannot be waived by these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will post changes on the website with the update date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
